Hi does anyone have a routine for their baby yet?
We’re still very much going with the flow with sleep and obviously feeding on demand (bf)
My older two were ff and I know by now I was definitely on more of a routine with feeds naps and predictable nighttime sleep by now but with this baby every day and night is completely different 😂
Most nights I’m still only getting about 1-2 hours sleep which isn’t ideal with an 18 month old and 4 year old too lol
Just wondering what everyone else’s days and nights are looking like?

I don't know about bf babies, but my little lady is ff & this is our routine for the day:
Wake & 1st feed 6:30-7am
2nd feed 10am
3rd feed 1pm
4th feed 4pm
Get ready for bed 6:30-7pm
Last feed 7pm
Bed 7-7:30pm
She doesn't always have naps in the day, but when she does they never last longer than an hour. I'll take that though as she goes through the night. During her wake Windows we play, do tummy time, chat, etc. We also like to get out lots x

FF baby
Wake up 7:00/7:30
Feed 1 8:00
Nap 1: 10-11ish
Feed 2: 12
Playtime etc
I then try and do a walk at around 2
Nap 2: 2-3 around hour
We only have around 2 naps
7 start bedtime routine - bath bottle bed and she normally is down by around 8/8:30
Will feed then at 11/12
And again at 4

Ff baby
Wake up 6
First feed 7
Awake until 8:30ish
Nap till 10 sometimes 11
Second feed 11:30/12
Playtime/tummy time
Go for a walk or go swimming or visit friends and family
Third feed around 5
Playtime again till 6:30ish
Bathtime 7
Play/story time
Last feed 9pm
She usually falls asleep before finishing the bottle
She’s on 7oz bottles. 4months old
Not a forced routine, just how she is every day

No routine here. Everything baby led & on demand, baby does seem to have a loose routine so I loosely know what to expect.
Usually wake at 6, go back to sleep (all of us) till 10/11/12, then a cycle of awake for 45-1h30, nap 45 till his usual ‘bedtime’ which he’s recently brought forward to 9:30. Started waking at 1 the last couple nights for a feed then awake around 6 again.
We bed-share in a morning after first feed & I think that’s why he has a huge nap. Means we all get some extra sleep :)

My boy is 12 weeks old and is also BF. He usually does 8pm-3.30am then 3.45-5.30 and up around 7.30am. When we used to do a 9.30pm bedtime he would usually do 9.30pm-5ish then 5.30 til about 8am. We just feed on demand but he does usually do 7/8 hours in one go. Everynight is different though but that’s usually what it’s like xx

Very similar to , actually pretty much identical. We still have most naps, usually 3/4 a day ranging from 40-90mins.
Sleeps through most nights now we seem to be heading out of regression 🤞🏼
He woke for a few tonight at 3am, but I’m putting this down to temp! Xx

My little one doesn't have a routine tbh. It's still all pretty much led by her. She will only really nap in the day if we go out and she falls asleep in the car. I'm a first time mum so still getting used to everything and I don't want to force a routine on her even if I knew how x

FF baby. We don't have a rigid routine but work on awake windows and feeding generally the same.
7oz Bottle between 6-8am whenever he wakes.
Nap around 9ish for about a hour unless I know we ate going to be out and about at lunch and I let him have up to 2.5 at this point.
Bottle 10-9 oz he tends to have half and have a break before having the rest before lunch nap.
Lunch nap between 12.30 and 1ish for around 2 hours sometimes more
Wake at 2.30/3pm.
Power nap around 4.30ish
Bed between 7 and 8
Nights are still random sometimes be sleeps till 6am other times he will wake between 12 and 4 but will then settle until 8. Other nights are a sh%!%! show.
Awake windows are between 2 and 2 hours 45 minutes and have gently taught self settling (no leaving to cry). He has slept through a few nights since he has mastered falling asleep on his own in his crib or cot so maybe this is linked. Bub is 19 weeks today.
