How do I get pregnant while still pumping for my 9.5 month old??? I really want two under two but I feel like that dream is slowly slipping away.
* I have not had my first postpartum period yet.

Unfortunately you need to wait for your period to show up and regulate although ovulation is the first to occur before your first period will show. The best thing you can do is keep having unprotected sex and at some point maybe your ovulation will return before you even know it. You can also buy one of those bigger LH test kits from Amazon and keep tracking your LH levels to see if they’re starting to increase indicating an approaching ovulation.
The other thing is unfortunately stopping breastfeeding. I know I want to BF my baby for 1.5 years but I also don’t feel a pressure to have two under two. I actually heard that an age gap of 3 years is amazing so I’m aiming more for that which also gives more time to you and puts less pressure on your body. So maybe it’s important to reevaluate priorities? 😘❤️

Are you just pumping?? I want the same thing as you. I weaned my pumping down to 2-3 times a day to trick my cycle back. And I finally got mine in august. But tricky part now is tracking my ovulation and my cycle regulating. The easy@home strips are great and you can get them off Amazon like Alex said if you are in my of a rush to see where you’re at they have pregmate LH and pregnancy strips at target. Just be aware though since you are pumping and haven’t had your first period yet they strips may not be as accurate.(this is what I was told) something about the chemical that causes our bodies to not have periods trick the LH strips. I hope that made sense it’s a lot. Feel free to message me if you want to talk more!! 🤍
yes just pumping! My son gets too distracted while nursing so we quit almost two months ago. I’m nervous to pump only 2-3 times a day because my son still wants a bottle every 2-3 hours so I typically pump 6x in 24 hours. I’ll definitely try ovulation strips

You dont have to reevaluate priorities, if you feel like you're ready for another one then do what you feel is best!! Also you don't really have to get a period first either before you can get pregnant, I never got my period and I got pregnant in July. Well I think it happened in June but I only found out in July, but like the other ladies said just keep trying and see if you can track ovulation, is about the only think you can do
