Insomnia!

Is anyone else struggling with insomnia?? Absolutely exhausted during the day, to the point I could put my head on the desk and work and just sleep. But as soon as it comes to night time I'm up every couple of hours and find it sooo hard to go back to sleep!

@Charlotte it's so annoying!! I've barely slept the last two night, I'm dreading bed time 🤣 hopefully now it's not as boiling it might be easier haha xx

Yes!! The anti sickness pills were helping though so might be worth asking for? I had to stop as they gave me migraines but I was getting decent sleep with them. Now I can't sleep because of nausea or I just feel wired and can't sleep

I’ve had this since super early. It was one of my first signs - the insomnia and then crazy vivid dreams when I finally get to sleep. I also currently have terrible mouth ulcers so I’m barely getting any sleep at all 😩 considering calling in sick at work because I’m starting to struggle to function and parent my 2 year old in the evenings at the moment.

I’m the same! 9+1 weeks and I am luckily if I wake up twice in the night and then fight to get back, I don’t feel anything just can’t sleep! Anyone got and tricks they used to get back to sleep? X

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
