Has anyone’s LO gone into this yet? I think ours has came early I’ve got a whole new child and all he’s doing is screaming 🤣

We went through everything early so this hit us like a brick.
It’s been a whole week of WHINING. Not happy to entertain herself anymore. She used to stay even 45min happily munching on her toys or grabbing her feet etc.
Now she Needs us around her constantly and any activity we do only engages her for a minute or so then she starts crying.
FaceTiming my family can’t hear ourselves as she’s screaming, can’t chill with other mum mates for a coffee unless she’s sleeping and even THAT she fights tooth and nail. 😱
Omg she fights EVERY sleep, doesn’t go down like a dream anymore.

It says we go into it in 10 days but I've got a grumpy baby like she usually is during leaps

Oh, forgot to say- even watching her evening programme- she turns her head around to look for me. I’m usually on the sofa behind her. If I’m not there, she starts making sounds.
So not even Macca Pacca and Iggle Piggle don’t stand a chance with this leap 🫣

How do you track the leaps? Do you use an app?

oh my gosh I could write the same as you!!! This is by far the worst leap for me. He had me up at 4:30 wide awake to start the day too, I’m exhausted

I have the wonder weeks app, but I think you can also google it. It goes by your due date x

We are definitely in the leap. Sleep, feeding, bored of her toys and I need to be by her side 24/7 or I know about it 🫠

I feel you. My baby is a different baby - she’s so whingey ALL the time during times she used to be so happy. It’s been almost 2 weeks though, not sure how much I can go on for 🫠🫠🫠

I don't have the wonder weeks app but for the past 5 or so days now all my baby has done is scream. He's 5.5months 🤷‍♀️

Wonder weeks is telling me I have 21 days left of this clingy little Velcro baby 😂😂

Ours has came early and I’ve worked out I have 26 days left. God help us all!!! I just want 5 minutes of peace 🤣

I only just downloaded the app - is it generally quite accurate on length of leaps. Mine is also saying 26 days left of this TORTUROUS time 😂

My LO every feed. Drs don’t seem to think it’s a problem the whole Muslim cloth gets soaked so much I’m using towels now. I’ve tried size O teats he gets really frustrated and still spills it out :(

8 week immunisations

My 8 week old has his first set of injections tomorrow and I’m abit nervous. Does anyone have any advice for after the jabs? I know they get a temp after so have got some calpol to give just before hand. Should I put him to bed in less clothing to make sure he doesn’t get too hot? Any tips from your experience with first set of immunisations? Am I worrying more than I need to? 😅

11 month old constantly standing in cot

Please tell me someone has some advice for this cause wow it’s trying. My almost 11 month old is fully on the move now and his new favourite thing is repeatedly pulling to stand in his cot. The problem is that he wears a sleep sack (mainly so his legs don’t get stuck between the bars tbh lol) so he’s not stable enough to lower himself down. So earlier he fell backwards and hit is head and now we feel like we can’t just leave him to it. Typically it’s his first full day at nursery tomorrow and my first day back at work IT’S LIKE HE KNOWS!!
Please tell me someone has some tips. Currently we are quietly placing him back on his back every time but he just keeps doing it! 🤣🤡

My seven year old

Is out of control. Her dad and I share 50/50 and when she comes to my house she is so mean. And idk what to do

Took 9 week old to a family party where there was loud music and she was next to the speaker for most of the time (about 3 hours). She slept through most of it. Do you think she has hearing loss from this?

Struggling in the 4 month regression

How are people getting out of the 4 month regression? I’ve been looking it up and it says I need to be trying to put him down drowsy but awake but this does not work for my LO. Every time we do this he ends up being wide awake and after almost an hour of trying we have to contact nap/rock to sleep. I want to avoid rocking to sleep because now when he wakes up in the night he needs to be rocked back to sleep which he never used to need.

Nights are constantly broken because we are up 2-3 times to rock him back to sleep. Please give me your tips on how to survive this and how to get out of this!! Constantly feel like I’m failing and doing something wrong
