Back pain

I have suffered from sciatica in the past and believe it has come back which is not ideal but the pain is more extreme as i now have the extra weight to carry around due to my bump. Does anyone know if it worth getting stronger painkillers from GP as over counter drugs paracetamol is not touching it. The usual heat application isnt working and its now very frustrating coming from someone who loves a hot bath but is now something i can't enjoy the same due to the struggle of getting out 🙈 i have one more week of work to go before i finish up and now stressing wether im actually going to be able to complete this as my work is very hands on due to being in early years and working with such a young age?

Any advice is appreciated!
Thanks

Also struggling with it and even more with the extra weight on. Laying on the floor with my legs on the walls helps, using a massage gun on the area also helps. I visited a chiropractor a few times and that seemed to help but not long term.

If you haven't.. you should try a chiropractor!

Update... having contacted gp and being told there was no pain relief they could give me that was safe i wanted to run away and cry at that very moment but they continued on to explain that they have now referred me to physio but have to wait 2weeks! So again i was ready to cry! Since this i have spoken to my work and thankful that i am able to cut my hours for my final week so that I don't become fully immobile due the current pain 🙈😢 which therefore is allowing me to work and finish up when im supposed to 😁 honestly what a rollercoaster 🙈

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Baby Movements

Hello, I’m a FTM currently 18W5D pregnant. I’ve been getting this tugging feeling in my stomach after I eat, it’s uncomfortable but not painful. I don’t know whether that’s the baby moving or round ligaments pain.

I’ve also been getting round ligament pain which is either a sharp stabbing pain or a stretching sensation. These happens whether or not I’ve eaten while the tugging feeling is only after I’ve eaten.

So, could the tugging feeling be the baby or something else.
