Hi! We're doing a modified version of the ferber method and our 8 month old baby didn't sleep as much as usual last night, he woke up this morning with red circles around his eyes, should we keep his nap schedule the same today or offer him longer naps? Asking because I know that an overtired baby struggles to fall asleep and stay asleep at night :)

Your baby should sleep as long as they want. Just make sure they are awake 2.5-3.5 hours before bed. For example my daughter woke up from her nap at 4.30. I put her in bed at 6.45pm she fell asleep by 7 .15pm.
