Fussy?

Anyone else’s little one just become fussy during bed time. Honestly the broken sleep is draining me. She’s not even waking up properly she is just tossing and turning. She either wants a dummy or literally a sip of milk she’s not even wanting a full bottle. I’ve tried to ignore her but I find when I do that she cries and then wakes up fully. Any suggestions?

No suggestions but we're going through exactly the same, my little girl has just gone back to sleep on me.. after screaming for over an hour refusing milk or cuddles.. now I'm not sure if it's even worth attempting to put her in her cot or just stay here on the rocking chair 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

honestly feel for u. It’s so strange. My lil one is currently on my lap lol. I know if I keep her in my arms she will sleep longer but I’m trying to introduce her back to the cot. We’ve been co sleeping but her fussiness is disturbing me so I’m trying to evict her 😂

she's been sleeping in her cot and the last two nights have been rough but tonight is even more rough, I might try and pop her down and home for the best.. I'm soooo tired and need some sleep 💤

Extremely fussy! The broken sleep is really draining me too. My LO is currently going through the exact same thing

It could be the dreaded 8 month regression and I hope things get back to normal again for you soon. Were in it too 🥴 we used to sleep right through from 7pm-8am and now she's back to being wide awake at 6am with broken sleep all night

oh yeah this was me last night. Think last night was the worse. Waking every 2 hours 😭 felt like I had a newborn all over again

no definitely not cold. She actually kicks the blankets off that’s how fussy she is. She just seems to be wanting to be held and goes back to sleep and then I will put her back in the cot and then she will sleep for about 2 hours and we do it again lol

Yep 8 and a half month old doing the same used to sleep a solid 12 hours now she is up every 2-4 hours and is looking for milk every time (however I think that's just a comfort?)

8 week immunisations

My 8 week old has his first set of injections tomorrow and I’m abit nervous. Does anyone have any advice for after the jabs? I know they get a temp after so have got some calpol to give just before hand. Should I put him to bed in less clothing to make sure he doesn’t get too hot? Any tips from your experience with first set of immunisations? Am I worrying more than I need to? 😅

Signs of Neurodivergent Toddler

Any moms of neurodivergent toddlers who could help me out? My son is 13 months old. I know that is technically too early for a diagnosis, but I have a gut feeling that he is on the autism spectrum.

The main sign he shows is hand leading. He does not point at all, and instead will take my hand and lead me anywhere he wants to go,
getting very frustrated if I do not follow.

He is also extremely sensitive to being touched, especially when it comes to hats and putting clothes on. He won’t let anything touch his head or face and I have to fight him to brush his teeth, comb his hair, etc.

He’s very interested in things that aren’t toys and will repeat the same behavior over and over. He can go in and out of doors or walk up and down stairs for hours. He loves taking things out of containers and putting the back in repeatedly.

We recently took him on his first vacation and he REALLY struggled with the change. He struggles with any type of transition or change in routine.

He laughs, makes eye contact, mostly responds to his name, but doesn’t do any other gestures.

Normal toddler behavior or signs of ASD? Let me know your thoughts!

11 month old constantly standing in cot

Please tell me someone has some advice for this cause wow it’s trying. My almost 11 month old is fully on the move now and his new favourite thing is repeatedly pulling to stand in his cot. The problem is that he wears a sleep sack (mainly so his legs don’t get stuck between the bars tbh lol) so he’s not stable enough to lower himself down. So earlier he fell backwards and hit is head and now we feel like we can’t just leave him to it. Typically it’s his first full day at nursery tomorrow and my first day back at work IT’S LIKE HE KNOWS!!
Please tell me someone has some tips. Currently we are quietly placing him back on his back every time but he just keeps doing it! 🤣🤡

Took 9 week old to a family party where there was loud music and she was next to the speaker for most of the time (about 3 hours). She slept through most of it. Do you think she has hearing loss from this?

Freaking out right now :(
