So since we turned one he stopped eating out of spoon. We are now almost 2.
We started with BLW and he ended up eating only with hands. He is a picky eater i assume. He wont be spoon fed so things like mash potatoes rice (although he does eat this with hands) and many other things he wont eat or try.
I assume when he learns cutlery it will be better . I hope 🤞🏻 but i dont know🤷‍♀️
He does eat jelly and joghurt with me allowing to spoon feed him. But nothing else
He stopped porridges from one.
Anyone in same situation.

Anything you would use a spoon for give them anyway. My son refuses a yogurt from a spoon but if I give it to him with a spoon next to it he will eat the whole thing with his hands even cereal. Having the spoon there has sparked his interest so he gives it a go now and is getting better all the time

We always place spoons and forks he just plays and throws then
