How do you comfort your baby ?

does she use a pacifier? my baby also calms down when i play the sound of waves

sometimes singing to my lo works, if not his favorite little toy or rocking him on the rocking chair I own. it's a give or take lol which mood his in lol

I get her in the cradle position, wrap a cozy blanket around her and do a sort of bounce/sway/rocking thing while standing up. But to be honest, my baby only tolerates being comforted by maybe 2 other people. She won't take bottles, so we're attached at the hip for another 6 months 😆

Taking mine for a walk! She loves to be outside and will calm so fast if she's in her stroller outside

She could be going through separation anxiety if her wanting only you is a recent thing like you said. It’s very common at this age.

how long does it last ?

My baby likes to be bounced in my arms while I'm standing up. I do this for about 3 minutes give or take when he's very fussy then he falls asleep. You could also try a toy to distract baby.

With my 6 months old. I started by getting a blanket or shirt of mine that I know smells like me daso that she's not missing me as much and this has helped my sitter
