My twins are 6 months and showing a lot of interest in food.
They have a very good head/neck support so I decided to introduce solids and purees. Very slowly and not everyday.
They love banana and soup and ask for more when it finishes. They also like grabbing the spoon and feed themselves.
If they don't show interest in the food that I'm offering I quit.
BUT now I'm feeling extremely guilty because they don't sit without support and I've been reading that's very important.
Should I stop and try again when they learn how to sit without support?

My little one hasn't started sitting yet but he wants to. We put him in his rocker for his food but he sits on my lap for bottles. Don't feel guilty that they aren't sitting up yet. I'm sure they will soon x

If I sit them in the feeding chair they can stay sitted but they can't without support
