I have a 4 week old, HOW did you get on a schedule to wake up at a decent time in the morning like 6-7 am??! I don’t go to bed til midnight or so and wake up at 10-11 am. He wakes every two-three hours to feed and I pump as well. I have to go back to work soon and I cannotttttt be sleeping in that late but idk if I should just wake up early one morning and then just be super tired and go to bed earlier that night or what. I feel like if I go to bed early around 7-8 that I will not be able to go back to sleep once he wakes go feed (kinda like when you nap too close to bed time and then can’t go back to sleep). I legit don’t know what to do haha. Help pls!!!

I’m not sure how. My baby woke every 3 hrs. Then one day at 6 weeks began sleeping from 9:30pm-ish to 8:30am & still does and is nearly 4 months old. I go to bed at 11:30pm and wake up when he wakes up. Maybe try gradually going to bed a little earlier than usual every night. And just keep going back half an hour. I know it’s hard to just go to sleep. I was like you. But with a baby you actually will just fall asleep pretty much straight away because your so tired. Xx

Young babies don’t know the difference between night and day just yet, At this age I had no routine just vibes🤣 lol it’s really hard to predict a baby that small but my son started getting into a routine on his own around 3months and always wakes up around 6:30-7 am
