Carpal tunnel is the worstttttt. Never had it before pregnancy but it is brutal. Any tips? Doctor said not cortisone shots.

B6, Magnesium and keeping awareness in my wrist helped me. They have wrist bands too that help keep you wrist from bending and curling at night. I just tried always placing my hands/wrist in line with my arm and that helped me a ton.

Yes, I had it pretty bad. 1) use ipad with keyboard and try to avoid phone use. I use phone for work but try and do as much as possible on ipad 2) get compression gloves from amazon 3) chiropractor twice a week, then once a week, then every other week. He crackles and pops the hands. Honestly mine is so much better and just two weeks time with this stuff / now I barely notice it.
