Hi all!
Was wondering if anyone has used the feber method for sleep training and had any success?
Can anyone give any pointers for using this method? Any success stories to give me the push I need to give this a go?
Also can you still use the dummy with this method of sleep training?
Thankyou! 💛

I followed it fairly loosely - just put him down after his last bottle to self settle if he hasn’t already fallen asleep while drinking. It’s a hit and miss still, but it’s rare when I have to pick him up, usually he can settle with a bit of tummy rubbing and shushing or just by himself. I don’t let him start crying and don’t count minutes, I just go in if it feels like he’s struggling to fall asleep on his own. I don’t use a dummy at all since he didn’t like it in the first month or so and never re-introduced it 😅 He’s coping a lot better than I expected, so give it a try and good luck! 😊

Yes me :) feel free to message me x

I followed it loosely as well and started with cio at first. If you need the encouragement then the answer is yes you should. My lo sleeps through the night maybe wakes up for a feed between 4:30-5:30 if that. She sleeps in her crib for naps. It got so much better after a week and half of sleep training. Good luck and stick to it if you plan on undertaking it.
