My little one has NEVER slept well and after starting to pump a little here and there to mix with food when weaning I’ve noticed I don’t have a huge amount of fat on the top of my milk. I’ve always had an oversupply and my little one has fed well but wonder if I’ve always had a bit of a hind/foremilk imbalance which is why maybe she wakes for feeds so frequently? Would love to see pics of your pumped milk to see what the layer of fat/ hind should look like! Thank you!

thank you so much! Mine looks like it has the same layer of fat on the top but isn’t anywhere near as yellow/ creamy! Thanks for sharing i think this could be a reason why mine snacks so frequently! xx

this is actually a good example of my milk 😂 like I said..some days it looks different.
