Bed times

Mine usually goes to bed for the night between 9 and 10 pm. She sleeps until 7a usually. She’ll be 3m in a few days.

10:30. We breastfeed and co-sleep - and get up around 9ish.

My 3 month old is typically in bed around 7pm give or take a half hour and is up between 6:30-7am

Mine does to bed between 7-830pm wakes up 7-8 am

My almost 3 months old go to bed between 7-8 pm and wakes up anywhere between 8-9:30 am

exactly my routine

He get fussy and wants to go to bed at 7:30pm

My son go to bed between 7pm to 8pm

And wakes up between 5am to 6am

10 - 11pm. I’m going to start trying to put him down at 9pm within the next few weeks.

He just started going to bed at 7 and wakes up at 7 am. We were doing 9 but baby seemed too tired and since switching he’s been sleeping longer. He used to wake up at 5:30 am 🥲
