I prefer organic less ingredients the better! Maybe some recipes or store bought. My LO is almost 8 months and we just get the basic rice crisp

My girl is almost 9 months and we don't do snacks. Her main nutrition is breastmilk and she gets a couple meals a day but there is no need for snacks

thank u ☺️

aw that’s a great way of doing things ☺️

Just saw you said under one! 😅

gotta try thx

Honestly they’re so good I often eat a couple too 😂

i give my baby frozen fruit in her little mesh pouch. she loves it and it helps with teething

same 😂

Frozen yogurt tubes, the sugar free ones.

and mashed up carrots and apple. Or you can get the one that’s already prepared

It might be different in the US but the advice in the UK is that they don't need snacks until over 12 months.

oh probably

No snacks until after 1. Before then their milk is basically their snack.

@Rebecca it may say sugar free but do they have a sugar substitute in them? Most do and it's not good for baby

thank u

At 10/11 months I used snacks when meal time wasn’t possible bc we were out and about and it sometimes was bought vs homemade like a cheese stick (baby has 4 teeth now) a boiled egg, yogurt (organic whole milk plain sugar free), variety of fruit, edamame, steamed broccoli, garbanzo beans ( I make sure they are cooked a bit more so they are soft either as a finger food or mashed up. Homemade beans ( mashed up), sliced tomatoes or avocado. Oatmeal ( I use a bit of water and cinnamon or water and mash in banana.)
