How in the fuck do I chill out after coming to a breaking point with the mental load. Anonymous because I’m so done. I’m 9 months pregnant. A dog and cat I take care of all day while my husband is at work. He comes home and TODAY he kicks me out of our bed WHICH IS THE ONLY PLACE I FEEL LIKE MY BACK AND HIPS ARENT GOING TO EXPLODE. Because he needs sleep I understand that. BUT WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU DOING WHILE I WAS NESTING OVER THE WEEKEND AND THE SPARE BEDROOM DIDNT GET TOUCHED WHICH WE AGREED YOU WOULD SLEEP IN BECAUSE I DONT GO TO BED AT 8PM LIKE YOU.
I want to go into labour right this second and just go have a vacation in the hospital. My husband calls me and wakes me up every morning at 8am because he’s a clingy husband. I told him he needs to stop. I feel guilty. I feel like I’m losing my sense of self.
I’m losing my mind.
I don’t know what to do with myself. It’s all way too much. How do I hang onto any form of sanity or my own identity.
EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE NEEDS ME AND I DONT WANT THAT.

Oh dear, this does not bode well for when baby is here if you are having this many problems now. Your husband sounds selfish, controlling and spiteful. Kicking a pregnant woman out of bed? Umm WTF 🥴
What do you mean he wakes you at 8am because he’s clingy?! That shit won’t run when baby is here!
I think you are going to probably end up leaving him so make an exit plan now. Otherwise you will end up with PPD and be even more isolated as he doesn’t help. Do you have any family you could stay with?

The above post is giving you some real truths... If it's like this now before the baby, it will only get worse. However, communication is key... Make sure you and your husband sit down and talk about how things will go with the baby here.
Write it down, put it on the fridge as a reminder. It's important to work together to set these norms and expectations Bc then you both own it and are responsible for them. It feels childish like school, but it works! It especially works for partners who need that clear message.

I agree with having to get these feelings sorted before baby cause it'll just get worse for you mentally and physically when baby is home!
But leaving is kind of an exaggeration... the communication thing is important and I'd sit down and talk. Tell him how your body is feeling and how the bed is your only comfy space, that you

Don't appreciate being kicked out of it cause that a horrible thing to do to your wife that carrying your baby!

Oof. He shouldn't be kicking you out of bed. Pregnancy is no easy, especially at the late stages . I'm only 16 weeks postpartum, I still remember that.
Hugs mama 🤗
