My daughter is 16 months also and never slept through…..so although I can’t offer any advice just wanted to say I can 100% sympathise with you 🤯🤯😴😴 xx

it's exhausting fort as she got older it would change but she's just worst lol I don't know what else to try I'm seriously out of ideas x

We are cosleeping and it’s amazing. We have been having full nights sleep since 12 weeks. Honestly it’s so worth it. We are going to try him in his cot when I’m off over Christmas and new year as can’t be tired for work so cosleeping is our only way xx

I changed her from a cot to a toddler bed at 12 months. She didn’t like being contained in the cot and would scream till we brought her in with us. She now falls asleep downstairs at 7ish, we transition around 9pm and she stays asleep right through!
She’s got a duvet and pillow now as well, she loves getting all snuggled up.

Yeah my daughter sleeps through 90% of the time and then now & again she does wake for one feed but is back asleep within 20 mins or so. She sleeps in her own room in a cot and self soothes. Always put her down awake and she cuddles her teddy to sleep x

I feel I’m still a long way off my wee girl (16m) sleeping through! We have a floor bed in her room, she goes to sleep in that then at some point during the night I take her in our bed when she wakes up. She is still BFing so that’s the quickest way to get her back to sleep. To be honest I feel I’m doing alright with it, I think my body has adjusted to less sleep and broken sleep. Here are some things I’ve found that help me deal with it:
•don’t count the number of wake ups (what’s the point, you need to get up regardless so it just adds stress!)
•don’t look at my phone/ a clock when she gets up (again, this just stresses me, like ‘omg I need to be up in 2 hours and I’m so tired!’ Better not knowing lol)
•cosleeping when I’m tired so I can sleep as she feeds (having a superking bed helps with this too!)
•knowing it’s normal and not a problem. I can recommend some good insta accounts to follow that have science based info on sleep and tips if this would be helpful?

think I'm also a long way off her sleeping aswell and I don't really look at my phone when she's wakes anyways I do try settle her down as much as I can but she just kicks off I do put her in my bed to she goes back down and I put her back in her bed as I don't like her In my bed due to my partner being a heavy sleeper it's not a risk I want to take so I stay up until shes settled again if I watched the time it would drive me mad lol but I'm just going to try stick to my routine and hope for the best lol x

iv been thinking to get a toddler bed myself see if that helps might start looking for one and I do have a pillow and blanket for her aswell she just kicks it all off lol

really I do think she would sleep if she was in my bed I might have to kick my partner out the bed 🤣🤣🤣🤣

if you think she’d like it I highly recommend it. We just moved the mattress down to the lowest setting and took the side off the cot. Save your pennies! Does she use sleeping bags? I never got on with them personally but might keep her warm is she’s getting cold? We’ve also gone back to onesie pjs to keep her feet covered if she does get out of her blanket!

very true I could do that and no I never used them she's hated them and use to cry she likes being free lol and no she has a toddler blanket and pillow now even no she kicks it off all the time and we are back in onsies to keep her warm but she hate anything on her at night so we have to keep the house warm for her but she has a thin fleece blanket she's slepted with for ages she won't sleep without it so that keeps her warm anuff just don't think she like sleep but my son was the same for years so I ended up Co sleeping I'm trying not to do that again because he was a nightmare to get back into his bed lol

If my little boy wakes in the night I don't go into him unless he cries. Usually he will just wake up and babble and bit, find his bunny and play with that till he drifts off again. Also black out curtains, a night light (we have a red light) and whatever she likes to cuddle muslins or teddies etc x
