Sleeping all night?

I’m wondering if any mamas out there have their little ones sleeping all night yet? How do we get our littles to sleep all night and when would be a good time to start?

My little one is only 2 months and some weeks he sleeps through the night he get his last feeding at 11 sometimes 12 and will sleep all the way til 5:30am he’s up getting a feeding from daddy until he leaves for work then he’s napping until 10

It depends on what you mean by sleeping through the night. My 8 week old sleeps from 8pm until 7-8am with 2 feedings, about 30-45 minutes each. I consider that sleeping through the night. The longest stretch is about 6 hours.

If you mean 8+ hours without any feedings, it will probably be around 6 months.

My baby is 7 weeks old and not sleeping through the night, not even close. He wakes up every 2-3 hours usually but a couple nights about he slept for 5 hours. It is kind of part of the newborn stage, some babies do sleep through the night this early on but I would say they are the unicorns. Around 8 months is when most babies sleep 8 hours at night. My first was waking up to eat once by then but I was getting too tired so I just stopped feeding him milk and let my husband go in to settle him down and after a week we stopped waking up. But again that was when he was almost 9 months old so 🤷‍♀️ it takes time.

I have an 11 week old and for a few weeks now he has been giving me 6 hour stretches overnight. I'm not sure what I do different than anyone else. I do use a weighted sleep swaddle for every naptime and bedtime, but other than that...

My guy is 11 weeks and sleeps 11+ hours at night now. I just watch his wake windows, ensure full feedings every 3 hours, make sure he gets plenty of floor play and facetime, and cap each nap at 2 hours long. I also try really hard not to feed to sleep so if he does wake up in the middle of the night he doesn’t need to be fed and can fall back to sleep on his own.

My 2 month old sleeps from 9-10 and sleeps to about 3-4 before her first feed I didn’t do anything special she just cluster feeds from 6-9

My first slept through the night by a month… I mean like 10pm until 8am. It was amazing. My second is not doing the same 🤪 Usually get a 4-5 hour stretch in there though.

My 11 week old goes to bed at 6:30/7, I feed her again at 10 before I go to bed and then she wakes up between 5:30-6:30.

8 week immunisations

My 8 week old has his first set of injections tomorrow and I’m abit nervous. Does anyone have any advice for after the jabs? I know they get a temp after so have got some calpol to give just before hand. Should I put him to bed in less clothing to make sure he doesn’t get too hot? Any tips from your experience with first set of immunisations? Am I worrying more than I need to? 😅

Of these two, which seems more overall “demanding” to you, overall? Lighthearted poll, not putting anyone down 🫶🏼

As a mum who breastfed for 3 years, I think formula feeding seems 100x harder and more demanding. I give those mamas all the credit because I could not keep up with that faff haha. I truly don’t understand why people say breastfeeding is more effort, other than the fact that no one else can do it. But personally I’d take that over endless bottle prep & cleaning.

Signs of Neurodivergent Toddler

Any moms of neurodivergent toddlers who could help me out? My son is 13 months old. I know that is technically too early for a diagnosis, but I have a gut feeling that he is on the autism spectrum.

The main sign he shows is hand leading. He does not point at all, and instead will take my hand and lead me anywhere he wants to go,
getting very frustrated if I do not follow.

He is also extremely sensitive to being touched, especially when it comes to hats and putting clothes on. He won’t let anything touch his head or face and I have to fight him to brush his teeth, comb his hair, etc.

He’s very interested in things that aren’t toys and will repeat the same behavior over and over. He can go in and out of doors or walk up and down stairs for hours. He loves taking things out of containers and putting the back in repeatedly.

We recently took him on his first vacation and he REALLY struggled with the change. He struggles with any type of transition or change in routine.

He laughs, makes eye contact, mostly responds to his name, but doesn’t do any other gestures.

Normal toddler behavior or signs of ASD? Let me know your thoughts!

4 month sleep regression

Does anyone else feel like they’re back in the newborn trenches through the 4 month sleep regression ?? 😭😭 my boy turned 4 months yesterday and the past 3 nights he’s woken up every 20-40 minutes. He does manage to get back off to sleep after I give him his dummy. It’s so strange though because his daytime naps don’t seem to be affected? He has 2 x long naps a day (around 2 hours) and a couple 30-40 minutes here and there and seems fine during them, it’s just his night time sleep! I read it can last for 6 weeks, I pray it doesn’t because I am shattered 🤣🤣

11 month old constantly standing in cot

Please tell me someone has some advice for this cause wow it’s trying. My almost 11 month old is fully on the move now and his new favourite thing is repeatedly pulling to stand in his cot. The problem is that he wears a sleep sack (mainly so his legs don’t get stuck between the bars tbh lol) so he’s not stable enough to lower himself down. So earlier he fell backwards and hit is head and now we feel like we can’t just leave him to it. Typically it’s his first full day at nursery tomorrow and my first day back at work IT’S LIKE HE KNOWS!!
Please tell me someone has some tips. Currently we are quietly placing him back on his back every time but he just keeps doing it! 🤣🤡
