Really need help!!!! My little one struggles sleeping by herself. I ended up making the mistake of her getting used to sleeping with me at night.
During the day she struggles with naps s because she’s outgrown the swing & the minute you lay her down, she wakes up. Or she’ll sleep for 30 minutes, then the minute she makes one move, she’s up. She really loved to be swaddled when she was tiny but she outgrew all of the ones we had.

When we transitioned out of the swaddle we started using the Merlin’s sleep suit to help him sleep through the night. However, it’s not safe to use once they start rolling. We just did the Taking Cara Babies ABC’s of Sleep course for sleep training. She has lots of info on awake windows, nap schedules, and just all things baby sleep.

I love the love to dream sleep sacks, they have the arms that zip off for transitioning. I like that they're snug on the chest so he feels held. We're trying Ferber method, some days are great some days are a struggle.

Tummy sleeping in her bassinet, white noise, and black-out curtains

Definitely establish a schedule- my little one gets jammies on at 8 pm and eats a bottle. Then I'll nurse her again at 9 then change her diaper and 10 feed her another bottle. My 5 month old doesn't take naps anymore besides contact naps. At night though we get her tummy full and after she eats her last bottle I put her down drowsy but awake. I personally don't let my little one cry it out. Definitely let your little one get used to self soothing. During the day even for a little after a feed id put her in even if she didn't nap so she would get used to it.
