I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this. My 5 1/2 month old has been waking with greater frequency since she hit the 4 month regression. Between 2am and 4am it's near impossible to get her back to sleep. After nursing or rocking her to sleep i place her in the bassinet swaddled and she wakes up 10-20 minutes later. The only way she'll stay asleep is in my arms or sometimes if we co-sleep. I'm working on reducing the nursing and rocking associations and addressing her frequent night wakings overall but these teeny tiny bursts of sleep are driving me crazy.

Hey, not sure if this helps, you may have tried thisβ¦ maybe sheβs outgrown the bassinet? My 5 month old outgrew hers at 3.5 months and was getting antsy in it because she needs to move around at night to self soothe. Is she a roller? You may know this too but you should swap to a sleep sack, swaddles are no longer safe at 5 months and may even be frustrating her. My sympathies! Weβre just getting past the 4m regression now.

I agree with . But also, the first teeth will show up between 5-7 months. Has LO been drooling a lot or showing other teething signs? Sleep loss can be a symptom too

Have you tried not swaddling? My daughter loved being swaddled and once I moved her to sleep sacks she sleeps so much better. I also have her on purΓ©es and that seems to help. She has a purΓ©e with oatmeal at 6 for dinner and then a bottle at 8 and she sleeps from 8:30-7:30/8. Iβve noticed if she is not full from eating she will not sleep at night. We also started using brown noise and she sleeps so much better than with white noise.
