I think she’s fine and it was only one but this “no honey before 1” got me nervous!

The main thing to worry about is home-canned, raw honey. Botulism is rare in the US because commercial honey is canned in a way that leaves very little of the bacteria. Home canned honey has a higher chance of having it present. Foods that you buy at the store with honey in them (or honey flavored) will probably have very little honey anyways

I called mg pediatrician about the same thing, she said not to worry
