This morning, my thighs started hurting. As the day went on, I couldn’t walk around my classroom because of the soreness. I just got off the couch to go to bed & my legs feel like I did an intense leg day workout.
I havent done anything to cause the soreness & Im staying hydrated. Any ideas?

Had the same and my arms feel like that. Told my gynaecologist on my Monday check up and she prescribed me some magnesium. I think it’s getting better. Will see how I gradually progress, as I started the magnesium this Monday.
