MOMS!! Does anyone use any apps for recipes? Have lists they swear by? Anything that could help a mom like me who is just starting and has no clue what to do? Lol I know the basics (non-sweet veggies first, no honey, no processed meats/foods, no choking hazards, etc.) but I need ideas for healthy options! An app or something would be great! Thanks in advance 🫶🏻

Solid starts on instagram us a great page to follow! I used it with my first and loved all the unfo

I use solid starts and BLW meals

Is it worth it to buy the Solid Starts app or just use the free version? What's the difference? I did the free trial and couldn't tell lol

Thanks everyone! Any advice on just starting out.. do you do one food at a time? Or full meals right away?

did you purée everything at 6 months or no? I am so lost with how to serve things

@Kayla I'm using the Solid Starts app as a tool to guide me, it tells you how to cook and serve things. You can also talk to your pediatrician ofc.
So for example on the Solid Starts app it tells you how to serve chicken. I've given my 6m old an entire chicken drumstick (removed fat, pin bone etc) it also has recipes, so for chicken I think the recipe is a roast chicken but our doctor said boiling chicken makes it softer. So I did that.
I'm still slowly serving meals. Slowly introducing different things to him. Learning as I go

@Ava thanks!
