we’re following baby led weaning and using the solid starts app to help us navigate appropriate sizes / how to serve things! their instagram has been super helpful for us too! we just started and so far my girl has tried eggs, raspberries, green beans, sweet potato, and bananas!

I start my girl since she was 4 months. Mostly is sweet potatoes, pumpkin, aaple, pears but I didn’t give her banana because banana give baby constipated.

We follow BLW and also do some purées

You can do any! dont be afraid gagging is good it means they are getting used to using their mouths lols this app called “solid starts” ! it helped

I asked her dr about them as long as they aren’t given every day

I joined a BLW Facebook group when I had my first. There are a bunch, but they're super helpful. I like serving super steamed veggies in spear form (long and thing - allows baby to grasp the food). Her favorite has been mango, but we started with veggies. Carrots were another favorite.

I also recommend solid starts app it is amazing
