Hello FTM here. My 7 month old keeps rolling onto her tummy to sleep with her head to the side with a clear airway.
Everything I read says don’t let them sleep on their tummy until they’re 1. Everytime I put her back onto her back she will just roll back over and it’s exhausting getting up every 15-20 minutes through the entire night to keep putting her on her back.
I have no idea what I’m asking right now but help please.

Don't stress. If they can roll onto their tummy in their sleep then it's safe to leave them!! Totally normal

Same! My bub who is 4 months old prefers sleeping on his tummy with his head on side. He hasn’t hear we to roll to his back yet. Is it ok?

Girl that's totally okay. My baby started rolling over on her tummy at night from 4 month old. I have spend weeks trying to roll her back every 20 minutes. She just rolled back anyways. If your baby prefers to sleep on her belly, let her, there is nothing you can do. She can lift her head, she is fine. My GP told me the same thing when I didn't know what to do anymore.
My baby is 13 months now and still sleeping in her belly only.
Make sure you get some sleep mama. Hope this helps 💗

Mine has been sleeping on his tummy ever since he turned 6 months old and he is now 9 months old and it’s totally normal. I never tried rolling him back and he sleeps like a king!! If they can roll on their back by themselves, they should be fine sleeping on their tumtums!

As long as they get themselves into that position, they’re fine. My 10mo will only sleep on his tummy and will basically sleep the whole night undisturbed, if I put him in the cot on his back, he’ll immediately roll to his tummy and stay there the whole night, if that’s the way they want to sleep, let them hahah🤣🤣

My daughter sometimes sleeps face down with her hands under her face and it made me panic at first. My MCH said not to stress as long as they can move and roll themselves.

I’ll
Let a hill o

You place baby on their back to sleep but if they can roll the rest is up to them! If baby rolls onto their tummy then it's perfectly safe to leave them like that. At 7 months your baby is probably a pro rolled, don't stress.
