Our little girl will not sleep no matter what we have tried the last 7 months. We are on the brink of exhaustion and losing our relationship over it. We are super against sleep training but feel it must be done. What is the best way to do it? How do we feel less bad about it? Can we do it in a gentle way? Help please!

I did do the cry it out method and it worked for me the most he cried was for 6 minutes on and off. It’s the best thing I ever did. My little one didn’t sleep for longer than 2 hours during the night and 8 and a half months. Within days he was sleeping 10-11 hours at night in his own room. His naps are still a struggle he is 1 now. I used a sleep consultant. Message me privately if you need some more help! X

Have you checked out the blissful baby expert on Instagram?
I'm trialling her routine as of today, but she has different highlights for different ages. Have a look, she got some result amazing success stories x

I extended my little girls ww as much as possible put her down in her cot drowsy but awake and just let her do her own thing until she fell asleep but be sat next to her incase she needed me and then when she was asleep just quietly come away! Once she has cracked the self soothing, it should help things so much xx

I recommend checking out calmandbrightsleepsupport on instagram, they are incredible and give out lots of free advice. All they did with me was tweak my nap and sleep times and it fixed her! I couldn’t believe it. They do a money back guarantee on their sleep plans. It took 3 days with us, and no tears
