Little intel. So I’m 25 I have a 5 & 6 year old. Ever since high school I have just been mommy. Working and taking care of them. Not ever really getting to do what most women do in those years! But anyways. For the last 3 years I have been in a relationship and I have had 2 miscarriages and I am currently pregnant. I’m not sure how I even feel about this pregnancy. But for the last few months I have been paying for schooling to be a flight attendant. Got accepted into a school and everything! Happy, excited. But now that I’m pregnant I feel like I have to put everything on hold all over again. And the guy I have been dating for the past few years doesn’t understand where I’m coming from. He just wants a child because it would be his first. He went to college! Had those years of his life. Has 2 degrees. But I just really want to be a flight attendant. It’s my dream job. Being accepted. Almost done paying it off so I can fly to Orlando for my in person training. & now I just feel completely stuck. Not only that but he moved us to his home city. And I have nobody really here but him to talk to and it’s hard. How should I try to approach him about the situation again. Everytime I try to talk to him I feel like I’m getting nowhere and that I’m alone.

You can still be pregnant and go get yourself a degree. If he loves you he will want the best for you. He will want you to follow and accomplish your dreams.. he should be your number one supporter.. Don’t give up your dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you can take a break to have the baby.. do maternity leave but at least you finished schooling or started it.. not sure how long flight attendant school is.. but either way do it!!

How long is the training?
I have 3 more payments so 3 more months and I’m already 9 weeks. And after that I would do a 2 week training like very physical training.

You can do it girl!!!!! Trust me.. you got this. You will still be early on and in second trimester going into third.. perfect… If you hold off till after the baby it will be more annoying.. get it over and done. Also not sure if you work out but try to strength train/cardio when you can so the physical training won’t be so bad.. like train for that part. right at home with youtube videos

Maybe you could ask for reasonable accommodation for the physical training or ask to postpone just that part till after the birth? Probably not their first time having this cone up- seems worth talking to the program about your options

If he doesn’t know yet chose you and you decide for you our body. You can be a flight attendant and have kids later if it becomes serious with him. If he studies and prepped for his career life he can understand or even if you just want to wait another year he should understand it’s your life your body first don’t feel pressured to give someone a child it’s not something you just gift someone when you carry and birth them and care for them with your body time years etc.
