Membrane sweep

You have to be dilated enough to do it. Also some doctors won’t do it until you hit 40 weeks. But it’s up to you if you’re ready! I’ll probably see if I’m able to at my 40week.

I took the Positive Birth Company’s hypnobirthing class and in it the instructor talks about membrane sweeps. She said that the data shows that they aren’t really effective unless you’re body is ready and at that point they still don’t know if it’s actually effective or not because the body is already moving things a long as a result of being ready.
