Power pump and stay ridiculously well hydrated. I have a big water bottle that I finish between every pump. Supplements and different foods didn’t really work for me, oats may have had a positive effect but it’s hard to say for sure. Power pumping though gave me significant results in 4 days, some people it can take longer, just depends on the person.
If you’re nursing and can’t/don’t pump, just keep latching baby and your body should catch up to their needs eventually.

what time did you power pump?

I do either my first pump of the day, 7am, or my last one, 9pm, because my partner is home and able to be responsible for our baby at those times! So that works best for me. The morning is the best time though because prolactin levels are higher then.

, how do you do your power pump? Right now, I am doing 10 min with 5 min break for one hour

My main problem is one of my breasts. I have one breast that produces from 2 ounces to 5 ounces depending on the time of the day, and another that never goes beyond 1 ounce

power pumping
20 minutes the rest for 10 pump for 10 rest for 10 and pump for 10 x

thankyou

I do the same as Natasha, 20 min on, 10 off, 10 on, 10 off, final 10. I do that for 3-5 days in a row.

Do you ladies power pump once a day?

I’ve just started power pumping around 4am & hoping it helps😣

yes, just once a day. After a few days you should see an increase across all your pumps x
