Obviously most people when they get nausea experience it most of the day and isn’t exclusive to just “morning sickness”. But what’s the science behind it being morning or evening? Why does it seem to be common to experience it at the start or the end of the day??? I know a lot of friends who were only get sick on a night. I don’t get why and what’s going on in the body for that to happen?

I feel like it's worst when your stomach is empty. So maybe that's why it's worse in the morning as your stomach will be at it's most empty? 🤔 I could be wrong though!

I was literally just thinking the same thing. I tend to experience more nausea in the afternoon/evening or about 30mins after I eat, but it's only just starting (5w,3d). My friend was saying it's to do with hormones rising throughout the day x

Mine is more late in the afternoon, but as soon as I’m slightly hungry I feel so sick and I have to eat straight away!!xx
