I have the same but brand new so it came with a new mattress - in terms of bedding Amazon has a brand called Dudu&Girlie that does cheap 100% cotton fitted sheets that fit quite well. I would not bother buying the branded Chicco ones! xx

Yes! We got a secondhand one last month and this is the mattress we bought, just make sure the bed has the stiff hard bit that goes under the mattress because the new mattresses don't come with that.

Hi, there's a piece of hard cardboard/ wood that needs to go in the crib, ask the people who bought it if it came with it as it often doesn't and the mattresses don't either x

I have this one (2nd hand from a friend) and bought a new mattress from John Lewis.

Check with your inlaws if the baseboard is there. As I bought it second hand and the baseboard was missing (comes with the matrass) so I had to order the baseboard + matrass from the chicco website.

I had a waterproof cover off amazon. Also had the sheets from there. Our waterproof cover was from little green sheep.
