Movement

Hi girls,

So movement this week has been weird, I’m feeling him move a lot and can sometimes see him moving but it’s not kicks? It’s like rolling and I can feel punches on my cervix (he’s head down) occasionally a day I get a handful of kicks I can see from outside.

I had a scan on Monday which checked baby’s health and fluid around him etc and all was perfect.

Has anyone else experienced this type of movement over kicking from 30 weeks?

I’m 31 weeks and this is what baby’s movements feel like for me as well I think it’s fairly normal at this stage as they don’t have as much room, sometimes just feels like she’s pushing against me rather than kicking x

Yes been having this today, went to triage but they seemed happy with it but told me to come back if im not happy later on today, im 32 weeks

Yes, I was worried about this to but doctor said it’s because they have limited room now. You won’t feel those big kicks anymore but more of them moving or pressing. I’m 35 weeks + 1

As baby gets bigger you'll feel less actual kicks, more rolls and pressing against your skin or hiccups but baby doesn't have as much room to kick freely. It freaked me out with my first pregnancy 😅

I'm not this far along but midwife told me it will feel more like a rub when further a long as no room

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
