My 2 year old has been having night terrors for about 2 weeks now, every night , sometimes they last a good hour and she doesn't snap out of it. Thrashing about, kicking, punching and she's fast asleep. Is there anything I can do to help her? I've googled everything and says I shouldn't wake her but comfort her which I'm doing. But is there anything else I can try? Xxxx

Agree with the above. My son is almost 4 and tends to have them more when he overheats in bed so I try and keep him cool and comfortable and check on him that he’s not got his head under the others x
bless you thank you for that❤️

Play soothing music

🙏🏽Monitor what she is watching and listening that can trigger dreams

Agree with the others but also cut out TV/screen time 2 hours before bed
Thank you all so much, she's gone to bed. No screen time. Let's hope she's ok 🙏 xxx
