How to get to sleep if rocking makes her scream

My baby boy did this around 5 months old. We laid him either in our bed with one of us or on sofa either laying at side of him or holding his hand. He took to it really well. He's now changed again and wants to sit on our knee to fall asleep. Hope you find your way soon x

Thank you . The issue we have now is she can crawl so wouldn’t sit still to fall sleep on the bed I don’t thinkxxxx

We’re having this issue at the moment, I think it’s a developmental thing, she’s processing so much she just can’t settle. We’re alternating between rocking+feeding simultaneously (not sure if you BF) and using the baby carrier. Sometimes takes a couple of rounds of each! This happened when she was about 8months too and eventually passed, so 🤞

On a few occasions if my son's bedtime bottle hasn't sent him off to sleep and he wants to play I put him in his bed walk out the room he never cries he just bounces around for 5-10 mins I watch him on the camera and then go back in usually offer what he's got left in his bottle and then a cuddle and he goes down. If you're finding she's not going down maybe see if she needs an earlier or later bedtime it may be she's over tired or not tired enough yet x
