There isn’t anything you can safely take… I’ve upped my game and started napping after work or whenever I can, otherwise I’m a mess.

Nap as much as you can, eat little and often, I keep sweets/ a piece of fruit with me when my energy levels are low. Apples usually help me quite a lot & bananas when I don’t have a lot of energy x

I feel the same!! Really struggling! Dreading going to work this week and I have a social event after one of them which makes me so worried about being even more tired! I feel sick constantly, hiccuping constantly, and so so tired I can’t seem to do anything except watch YouTube clips for 10 seconds. I don’t recognise myself!

Caffeine is safe in moderation - I think 200mg a day is fine. Depending on what you drink that could be 1-2 drinks a day

I'm loving the lucozade sports👌

Sleep more, eat well balanced meals and focus on nutrients. Walks in nature. Moderate exercise, ideally pregnancy yoga or prenatal pilates, stretching or swimming :)

lucozade sport drinks should still be drunk in moderation due to the Glucose content… sugary drinks should be kept to a minimum. 1-2 glasses max… sorry for the rant… can’t take the midwife outta the girl and all that 🤣

Have you had your booking appointment? They will test your iron levels and should prescribe tablets to help top up your stores if they're low. Make sure to tell them you're struggling to keep eyes open as that does sound like low iron stores (only according to my own/friend's experience!) Otherwise, taking it as easy as you can, asking for help, eating as well as you can, having some fresh air and exercise and napping when you can.

Oh bless you, I feel exactly the same.
Around 3pm it simply hits me in the face.. at times if I brace it through the feeling goes away. Try herbal stuff to sleep better at night (aware you can’t take all so be aware) it’s a bloody nightmare isn’t it? No one warns you it gets like that!
