My daughter was just diagnosed with anemia/ iron deficiency. She’s breastfed and just turned one. Anyone else’s baby have this issue? If so what types of foods do you offer?
She likes warm oatmeal and I saw where Gerber makes a toddler oatmeal brand. Not sure if I should try it?

Please offer meat in her diet. Scrambled eggs in the morning, shredded fish, cow's milk (no more than 24 oz a day)+

My daughter is vegan . But for iron you want dark leafy greens and always pair with citrus like oranges / lemonade , also cooking in a cast iron skillet as much as you can that will add iron to her diet . And you get buy iron drops as well

I cook quinoa or boil chicken with bone broth powder in the water. I also cook lentils the same way I add kale to scrambled eggs and she eats a lot of meat
