My son is 10 months and has 3 meals a day. How much should he be eating each meal? For context, I usually give him some type of protein like a meatball (regular meatball size), some type of veggie nugget/pancake, some fruits and he usually finishes off with crackers (he can prob finish the whole bag). He is also EBF and still drinks every 2-3 hours.

It is hard to say as there is no guidance anywhere on amounts per food.
When mine was that age I would let her eat as much as she wanted. I made things from scratch so I knew they were healthy.

yeah everything he eats I’ve made from scratch unless it’s his crackers or the fruit pouches. Some days he eats more than others

personally I did not give much crakers because of the salt content. Mine loved fruit pouches but they also have a lot of sugar (even if it is just natural sugars) so I tried to reduce that
I read somewhere to think about your babys eating ina week. So if over a week they are eating OK, I would not worry

In terms of breastfeeding it os hard to say, as long as they are not filling up on milk and not eating, it is fine.
At 10 months we were doing 4 feeds (breastfeeding) a day . When she woke up, before bed and then twice in the day. But every kid is different, just saying for reference in case it is useful.
