I delivered at North Central. My doctor was Dr.Caddell but she did not deliver me. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the nurses I had in both L&D and in postpartum. I had a rough birth and they went above and beyond for me.

I had my second baby there a year ago and it was great! I had my first born at Methodist Stone Oak and I can say that for me personally the facility was much nicer at Methodist, the triage was nicer, and my labor staff was amazing, but the care that I received post delivery was much better at North Central Baptist. They were so much more informative and took care of anything that I needed.

My OB was Dr. Zamora both pregnancies and I absolutely love her, but at North Central Dr. Aguilar I think her name was actually did my delivery and she was great.

I did! The hospital was great and the food was good. One thing tho I had to really push to get formula for my baby before my milk came in but all but one nurse was amazing! My dr was Farhart and I had Dr Gillian smith deliver him and she was good!

I did in 2022! My OB was Dr Gillian smith. The staff was phenomenal. My delivery nurse was super respectful & encouraging of my birth plan. She helped me accomplish the things that were important to me.

October 2022! My OB was Dr. Dudda. The hospital & nurses were awesome!

I delivered in February my dr was Dr. Parante at NE OBGYN. I seriously love my doctor and the care team there. They made a difficult delivery better

I absolutely loved this hospital my son was born there and everyone was incredibly sweet and helpful if I ever have another baby I would definitely deliver here again

My OBGYN (Stephanie Schaefer with river walk obgyn) I also saw a specialist during pregnancy which was located in north central central Baptist - was affiliated with north central baptist. And I was supposed to deliver there…. But as of March 1 2024 all labor & delivery due after March 1 2024 were to go to stone oak Methodist instead. I previously had Dr heather williams for years but she quit the practice and only works at the hospitals from a few months before I got pregnant

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Labour

Think im a bit confused really, i went into traige as was having contractions eveey 3-5mins. Since being here im now having them every 2-3mins which was confirmed with the machine and i think the toco was 90-100 and they feel painful and my lower back is in loads of pain but apparently im only just over 2cm dilated maybe, she has said i can stay here for a bit longer to see if things progress as had a previous quick birth as well but i dont understand why the pains are coming this quick if im only 2cm dilated and feel a bit deflated from it also.

I had a sweep this morning also.

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Baby Movements

Hello, I’m a FTM currently 18W5D pregnant. I’ve been getting this tugging feeling in my stomach after I eat, it’s uncomfortable but not painful. I don’t know whether that’s the baby moving or round ligaments pain.

I’ve also been getting round ligament pain which is either a sharp stabbing pain or a stretching sensation. These happens whether or not I’ve eaten while the tugging feeling is only after I’ve eaten.

So, could the tugging feeling be the baby or something else.
