Anyone else used to have a decent sleeper and now in a sleep regression? He turned 9 months 2 days ago but it started earlier this past week. In three days my baby learned to clap, pull himself up, go from sitting to standing back down to sitting, and more. We lowered the crib and now the moment we set him down, he’s up. I tried letting him cry for a bit but he ends up choking and gagging even after 2 minutes. Any tips are appreciated! We haven’t changed anything in our routine. Are you guys struggling lately too?

Meee!!! We had a rhythm going with his sleep, it wasn’t amazing, but it was a rhythm. He nurses to go to sleep (😅) and he’s normally asleep from 7/7.30, first wake up at 1/2ish..second at 4ish. And then he’s awake awake at 8ish.
He turned 9 months on Friday, his dad lowered his crib same day. That night, he didn’t settle into sleep until after 10.30pm - 4 hours of comfort nursing and contact sleeping later - and then woke up at 1am, 3am, 4am and then was awake awake at 6am. Last night was a bit better.
The (maybe) irrational side of me wants to blame the lowering of the crib 😩 ie his dad. lol.

9 month sleep regression is harder for me than the 4 month was. I was finally used to getting a little more sleep and now she’s up multiple times again.

Yes we are struggling too!! He wants to climb out and it’s maddening
