Trouble eating; 2 year old

Hey, yall! Frustrated mama here. My kid ate so well when he was 1 year old. Now that he is two, he is literally surviving on air and water. I enjoy cooking and always have dishes prepared.... but my kid will not eat, or he will take a bite or two and then is done. I always give him options, but no eating can go on all day. He won't refuse sweets, tho!. It's driving me bunkers that he won't eat most days. I get that we have our days of not feeling hungry and whatnot. But sheessshhh. This is taking a toll on me. 🫠 Any suggestions? We see his pediatrician in May.
