I transitioned my LO to 1 nap and she only sleeps 1 hour or 1.5 hour max, how do I get her to sleep at least 2 hours? (Wake windows are 4.45 or 5 hours before nap and 5 hours before bedtime).

How long is she sleeping during the night on average?

Our 14 month old son has been doing 1 nap for a while now and sleeps through the night and can range from 11 hours to 14 hours a night. If he’s on the lower end he will generally do a 1.5-2 hour nap. If he sleeps 13-14 hours at night he will only do 1-1.5 hours. Both are within range since you want them to get around 12-15 hours of sleep within a 24 hour period and his sleep does fluctuate, I just ensure it’s within that 12-15 hours. This just may be her sleep schedule and as long as she’s within that 24 hour sleep range it’s perfectly fine.

1-2 hour naps are the norm for us. She sleeps 11-12 hours a night.

Mine sleeps 10-12 hrs per night and only takes one nap each day! Typically, that nap is between 1-3 hrs.... but usually only longer than 1.5 when he's about to grow! Every once in a while, he'll pull an 8 hr night and then he'll be all over the place with naps! Typically he'll take 1-3 naps if he's had a "short" night like that! 🤷🏻♀️
