thank you ! I will definitely try that

He gets a pouch with his lunch that I started homemaking but he will eat veggies in pouches. I also get hidden veggies wherever I can. I buy chicken nuggets with some veggies in them, hide them in egg bites, snacks that have hidden veggies. They even have cheerios now with hidden fruits and veggies. I found sweet potato pancakes in the global freezer section at the grocery store and he loves those

homemade veggie pouches? Please tell me how you make them!!

Consistency!! Just keep trying, the more they see it the more likely they are to eat it! Also could try serving before the rest of the food or mixed in with something they love.

We get the squeeze punches that have “hidden” veggies in it, with them mixed with fruit and stuff, and she usually eats them well. I’m lucky and my girl is a gooood eater, so I haven’t had any issues with her eating whole veggies but thought the pouches might help you!

Blend them up so they don’t even no there in there my sons pretty good with veggies but my daughter isn’t so we blend them up

I bought reusable pouches on Amazon but learn from my mistake lol if you do this get ones that open on the long edge not the bottom. Mine open to fill from the bottom and inside the top is so hard to get clean.
I looked up some baby pouch recipes to get ratios but basically you steam any fruit and veggies then blend it up to puree and fill a pouch. Good in the fridge for 3-4 days and also freeze extremely well. Just pull out the night before let in the fridge and it’s ready by lunch or dinner .

Ok so I'm going to give two forms of advice.
If you want your child to accept them more in a natural form then soft cooking or steaming with sauces and mixtures will help.
If you're trying to make sure you're fitting veggies into his diet and don't really mind if they're in natural form or not you can soft cook or steam them and then use a food processor to turn it into a liquefied version and pour it into some pasta amazing way to get them to eat veggies
