Refusing to nap

Mine sleeps all day every day he needs to be up more tho lol 😂

Same here with my 3 month old old

I feel this. Except it’s my senior cats meow that wakes her up. The longest daytime naps I get are during our daytime 1 mile walk.

How many weeks is your baby?

Same as mine but what keeps me going is if we have contact nap and then she can sleep for 2/3hrs on my chest.

Same girl it’s okay your not tripping my baby is almost 3 months she use to sleep all the time now her eyes always wide mf open

Same. The only long nap stretches are when he sleeps on me but he doesn’t even want to do that as much anymore. I don’t know what to do

yes! then he just randomly screams to the top of his lungs cuz he’s overtired and it’s like if you would stop tryna be grown and just go to sleep you wouldn’t be in this predicament 🙄😂

I am here trying to read some suggestions and see that we are all in the same boat! 😭😭 mine turned 3 months yesterday and since yesterday naps are 5-20 min and mostly on me when I transfer him that worked before he wakes up! Also he is gassy/colicky so he does not even sleep good at night so we both just not sleeping good just not healthy 😭😭

Mines been doing this since she was 2.5 months old like sheeshhhhh I can’t keep her entertained 🤦🏾‍♀️😂

Thank god a momma posted i am in the same situation my baby naps during the day but they are short naps and a lot of the time is due to my son waking her up he is 2.5 years old so its hard to have keep it down i am teaching him but we are still working on it and its never going to be absolutely quiet.. sooo i think the reason she might not nap during the day is because she actually sleeps good at night from.1030pm to 9 to 10 am. Of course she will wake up to feed and knocks out right away after feeding... i was use to my babies sleeping almost all.day reffering to my two other kids they would just here an there wake up like they usually should i feel like my baby gets overstimulated it started to make me wonder if its normal .. which it seems like im.not alone on this

it’s the three month regression! it is by far the HARDEST regression in my opinion . this is my third baby & when i tell you , she is my toughest!!! luckily it should only last a couple weeks & your baby will go back to napping & sleeping through the night .

also, try transferring baby down on her stomach! that’s how i can get my little evil spawn to sleep for a little longer !

@Monti shes my 3rd child someone told me the third one is always the one that gives it to you lol 😆 but i think ur right it seems to be momentarily.. she has been napping earlier i see little changes on her sleep schedule

My 3 month old takes two short naps and one long one and will go to sleep at certain time at night on his own and then won't need anything from me between 7-9 the next day I feel like it's because I let him be his own secdule decider the only thing I wish is. That his fist two naps I wish they would be longer than 10 mins

Also one thing you should do I make sure when you put them for a nap or for sleep at night that it is between 72-60 that's the temperature they sleep the best In also make sure there has not been anyone waking a sleeping baby it makes them fussy and when it comes time that they are sleepy again they get overtired easier because of a disruption of the previous sleep cycle that's the only things ik to tell you i don't know much more then that
