My two years old absolutely hates food. He has texture aversion. Sometimes, he eats fruits such as watermelon, banana, apples, strawberries and grapes, but there are days that he lives on milk only. I tried the BLW method and he used to be better, but now he refuses to eat. Milk is his favorite thing. Any tips/help.

Been on the same boat since my son was 18 months he got his first molars 🦷 and screwed his eating habits. We are currently doing food therapy/ speech therapy and we will have good weeks and bad weeks. The bad weeks he is surviving on milk only. I’ve been trying many different foods seeing what is sticking and taking notes. Two days ago I offered chicken fried rice because we were at a sushi place and he refused the fried rice and asked to try the sushi and it was a win! He actually ate sushi. Keep trying and I try not to stress when he says no to food I say “ ok no problem and ask him if he wants to try anything of the table “ I’ll say “show me” lately it’s been working

Don’t worry get some vitamins and his appetite will come back kids will go thru that phase
