17w Nasal congestion

It's normal, the air is dry. If you can get a humidifier. Place it near you at night.

I had similar with my youngest (uk). Saline nasal spray helped. Plus making sure under the bed wasn’t too dusty. Nasal plasters helped- the anti snoring ones. Not much choice in terms of meds, according to my GP

I can, it may be pregnancy rhinitis. I had all throughout my first trimester and it would sometimes last up to a week of a couple of days depending on how bad the congestion in my nose was it’s like having a cold but not being sick at the same time it’s annoying but it does go away by drinking plenty of fluids and using a humidifier

Humidifier, nasal inhalers (I got one from Amazon that also helps with nausea) and saline spray if it’s bad.

A cool humidifier should clear you right up! Or at least help a lot!

Blame the hormones🙃 I hear they widen your blood vessels in your nose causing more mucus🙃 Hope it gets better!!
