Please could I have some healthy snack ideas for a 9mo weaning baby? Ideally not out of a packet. My baby also has a cow’s milk allergy. Thank you ☺️

Baby flapjacks. Mix equal amounts oats and milk (could use milk alternative like oat milk, coconut milk) and pour into a flat container so it covers a couple of centimetres in the bottom (I use a tupperware). Then microwave for about 4-5 mins. You can add fruits or veg to them to make them sweet or savoury, I've done apple and cinnamon, banana and peanut butter, carrot and chia seeds, mixed berries, cheese and tomato. They keep in the fridge for a few days or they freeze well too
these sound amazing! Thank you. Wasted no time and have just made them. What’s the consistency meant to be like when they come out the microwave? X

Like a soft flapjack, they are pretty sticky on the bottom when they first come out but when they're cool they are just firm enough to cut into pieces but soft enough to tear with your fingers

I do find they can take more/less time depending what I've added to the mix so it's trial and error
thanks so much 🫶🏻

Baked egg cups are good. Just mix a couple of eggs and throw in some chopped veggies and cheese, and then bake in a muffin tin for 10/15 mins

Raspberry bliss balls! (I would recommend using slightly less raspberries than it says as my first batch were very sweet)
