growth scans

It genuinely depends on your own growth scale that’s in your booklet, I’m due on the 16th of Oct and my little girl is on the 97th percentile and was weighing at 5.5lb at my 28 week scan! So to some that could be totally average and others way off!x

We were weighing 5.3 pounds at today’s 33+5 scan. This is really average for my growth chart x

I’m 32 weeks and baby is measuring 3lb 14oz (19th centile), but at my 28 week scan he was in the 53rd… quite worried as it’s a very big difference. Has this happened to anyone too?

they always say don’t worry until you’ve had three that are out, as it could just be a slow growth time for your baby in particular and between now and your next scan they might gain the difference back!☺️

My girl was weighing 5lbs10 at 36weeks and 4 days she’s on the 16th centile. Not sure if that helps

That seems great for 35 weeks. I was born 5lbs 7oz and was a healthy baby. My son was also 6lbs 1oz at full term and very healthy. I wouldn’t be concerned. Seems like a good healthy weight still with 5 weeks to grow 🥰 general growth is half a pound a week from here so baby seems on track to be 7.7lbs by your due date!
