Please share your toddler’s sleep schedule. My daughter has been a great sleeper but recently has started waking up earlier. Either she’s under tired or her nap (2 hrs) is too long.

What time is she going to bed?

My 25 month old..
wakes at 7.30am
Nap around 1 for 2/2.5 hours
Bedtime at 8pm

My 26 month old looks like Becky's but moved back 39 minutes for wake up and bedtime. 7:00 am, 7:30 pm

My kiddo wakes up anytime between 6-7 in the morning. We have nap time around 11 and bedtime is around 7-8 pm

My girl wakes up between 8-8:30am everyday. The days she does nap it’s between 1-2pm and wakes up around 330-4pm. The days she doesn’t nap bed time is at 6pm and she’s out 615. The days she does nap bed time is 7 but she doesn’t sleep till hours later. But regardless she is up at 8 morning

she wakes up around 7:30am
Nap at 1-3pm
Bedtime 9pm
I’ll try to push up bedtime so that she begins to get 11 hrs of night time sleep

I think you are on the right path with getting her to bed earlier. 18 months to 2.5 years of age, it is recommended children go to bed between 7-8 to ensure that they get the 10-12 hours of sleep at night. A 24 hour day they should be getting 12-14 hours of sleep. That is what us sleep consultants go off of 🙂

My daughter goes to bed around 7:30 and usually wakes up around 7am. No naps.

My daughter goes to bed at 10pm wakes between 8am/9am. Takes 30min-1 hour nap. It’s really her call and I don’t force anything. There are days she doesn’t want to nap and as long as her behavior is normal we don’t fight it. She will sleep when she’s tired.
