Or are they too young still?
I feel like my daughter is getting over that 4 month sleep regression and we're back to taking multiple naps a day.
Her last nap before bedtime is a hit or miss and idk if I'm doing right by skipping it sometimes and putting her straight to bed for the night.
She starts getting fussy by 5-530p and if I were to let her nap (range from 45 minutes-2 hours long) then bedtime would probably be by 9-10p and I refuse to do that lol
I forgot what my point was... lol

heyyy! My daughter is 4 months and a week old and for the last 1 1/2 in a half I’ve put her on a schedule that’s worked for her and honestly she sleeps all night. I usually give her a shower with me and then right after she drinks a warm 6 oz bottle . She drinks it all and falls asleep . She doesn’t wake up in between 5-6am.

6:00/6:30 wake up
8:30-9:00 first nap (1-2 hours)
12:00ish second nap (1 hour ish)
3:30 third nap (this is the hardest nap sometimes only 30 min. If it does go for an hour I wake her)
7:00 bed time!
This is the usual but things get wonky sometimes if she sleeps later in the morning!

My daughter is 4 months and a few days.
We start our night routine after daycare around 6:15. I give her a bath and after I give her 4-6oz of milk and play white noise while laying in the dark and she’s sleep by 7:15. She’ll wake up again around 12am and then again around 4am. Both times just to eat and immediately back to sleep and she’s up for the day around 7am

How many naps does your baby have? My twins had 4 naps and they were sleeping weird/not well and was suggested to drop to 3 naps around 3.75 months and it worked better for them. They wake up 630-7, wake windows are roughly 2 hours and first two naps are 1.5-2 hours and their last nap around 5 is 30-45 minutes (depending on how their first 2 naps go). Then bedtime closer to 8

We don’t have a routine exactly, but we do have a loose structure to the day. I just aim for 2 hour wake windows. She’s having 3-4 naps every day still. Ranging from 30-90 mins but in total it’s around 3-4 hours of day sleep. Then she sleeps for 10-11 hours at night.
I find tracking her naps daily help me make sure she gets the right amount of day/ night sleep. But I don’t force her to nap at the same time every day, we just go with the flow in that sense x

my son goes to bed from 8-9pm

and also a sound machine

my 4 month old will not nap, unless it’s after swim class. she wakes up around 8:30 and goes down by 8:30. she dream eats a bottle at midnight, but other than that she sleeps through the night and we nursing around 8-9 times throughout the day
